The group has been running for a year. We meet at Clarence House Penzance monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month in the day 10.30am – 12pm

Subject: Goals.
The format for the June Coaching Group will be:
- Informal discussion of our own goals & achievements that month
- Presentation on the benefits of goal-setting, How goal-setting is used in coaching
- Practice session (in pairs)
- Feedback – group discussion
- Hand outs
